Refer & Earn

By filling our Referral Form. Please note that we only accept a referee with this qualification :

- Project location is in the DKI Jakarta, BSD, South Tangerang, Depok, Bekasi - Minimal order (project budget) of IDR 40,000,000 after tax per residence project.

Our team will verify the data of your referee and proceed to contact them if they are interested in our service. Only a minimum project budget of Rp. 40,000,000 will be processed for your referee.

Your referee who has been referred and verified will receive a special discount of their project when making a transaction with Homprep (completed a Down Payment). Additional discounts can be given with subject to review based on the project and additional promo during that time.

As the referrer, you will receive a commission fee (before tax) for the total project cost for each referee you have referred once they have completed a Down Payment & sign agreement, with up to 3-4 working days for disbursement. Out team will also contact you for confirmation and ask for necessary documents (NPWP/KTP). Below is the compensation structure based on your referee project budget
